Palo Santo is the wood of a tree that grows in South America. When burned, it is said to cleanse negative energy, promote positive, healing energy, and reduce anxiety/stress 💗
 
To use, simply light the Palo Santo stick and allow it to do it's thing. You can also lift the stick and spread the smoke around specific areas.
