Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, processing and preparing your order for delivery may take up to three days. After your order has been shipped, we will contact you via email with order details.

Shipping time depends on your location in relation to our facility. 

We do not offer free shipping, and shipping fees must be covered in full by purchasers. We are not responsible if you input the wrong delivery instructions or address, but if you contact us, we would love to help you resolve your issue.

We highly recommend selecting the 'local pick up' option when placing your order if you live in our area (Erin/Orangeville/Guelph region) due to the crazy shipping prices within Canada :) We will contact you to sort out a place and time for order pickup.

Return & Exchange Policy

All hand-crafted or pre-loved sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can contact us via mybellecherie@outlook.com with an image of the issue/wrong product, and we can arrange a solution. 

Our priority is customer comfort, so if you ever have questions, concerns, or inquiries, don't hesitate to contact us. We want you to be satisfied with your order :)
